College students with ADHD


If you are struggling with the transition from high school to college or having hard time with getting started and staying focused on your work, we will you learn to build routine for yourself, plan out your studies, and help you learn to build structure for yourself.

Assessment

Our work will always start with assessments so we can get a better idea of your strengths, weaknesses, interests, and abilities.

Types of work

We help college students learn to:

-Plan out a study schedule given how little structure college provides

-Make better choices about how they spend their time

-Improve their study skills and organization

-Turn their grades around if they are struggling

-Find a path through college and graduation to your first steps to a great career.

Strengthening underlying executive functioning

If you are a college student and are struggling with school, we will strengthen some or all of the 9 Executive Functions:

  • Self-Monitoring

  • Working Memory

  • Flexible Thinking

  • Emotional Control

  • Impulse Control

  • Attention and focus

  • Organization

  • Task initiation
