Jon Zeitlin, M.Ed., MBA

I am an ADHD expert having co-founded and served in multiple roles at one of the largest ADHD centers in California. I am also a three-time CEO and senior corporate executive with my own executive function challenges that I have overcome. In addition, I am an IAP certified life coach.

I graduated from Yale and received two Master’s degrees from Stanford. But I always struggled with organization, losing things, and attention to detail.

Maria Soledad de Bilbao, M.A.,

CHPC & ADHD Coach - ACC ICF

In my 30s, after a psychologist told me that I had strong ADHD symptoms, I went on a self-imposed course of building “compensating mechanisms” for my weaknesses. I used alarms and notifications for all my deadlines, I rigorously updated my prioritized To Do List and built a reputation for being early for meetings.  I also made sure that I took on roles that played to my strengths.

Offering specialized ADHD coaching services for families, youth, and adults, my unique perspective stems from personal experience. Living with two gifted individuals who also have ADHD provides me with an intimate understanding of the daily highs and lows. I navigate the complexities with a nuanced approach, comprehending both the triumphs and challenges, empathizing with the frustrations and overwhelm from both the ADHDer and non-ADHDer perspectives.

My coaching philosophy revolves around aiding you in comprehending the distinctive qualities of your brain, identifying strengths, and embracing your authentic self. Together, we cultivate confidence and competence, steering away from the burdens of perfectionism and moving towards a more nurturing, understanding, and self-accepting mindset. Our journey delves into your inner experience.

Certified as an Associate Coach by the International Coach Federation and an ADHD Coach by MentorCoach, I merge positive psychology with an ADHD-focused approach. Leveraging my educational background with a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Lethbridge and a Master’s degree in Dance from York University, I offer a comprehensive perspective.

In our coaching partnership, we explore your identity, understand executive functions, raise awarenessof strengths, and recognize the impacts of ADHD. Collaboratively, we identify patterns, set achievablegoals, develop step-by-step plans, enhance skills, and leverage strengths for your success.

ADHD is a condition that resonates with many, either through personal experience or relationships. Whether you are personally affected or seeking a better understanding of neurodiversity, lets embark onthis transformative journey together.

Matt Sampey, M.A.

ADHD Coach - ADDCA, PAAC Certified

I specialize in helping college students and adult executives manage their ADHD. Having struggled but succeeded through both an undergraduate and graduate degree at LSU and then as an executive in the private sector for 20 years, I was finally diagnosed in 2011. Since then I have learned all I can about ADHD and coaching and have dedicated my life to help people be the best possible versions of themselves by playing to their strengths and learning how to build systems and workarounds to deal with their challenges.

I work with my clients to clarify their goals for the work, discover what is preventing them from living up to their full potential and make action plans to improve their lives. Once the action plans are put in place, i will continue to serve as your accountability partner and help you learn more about yourself.

I work with college students, graduate students, CEOs, hospital administrators, IT managers, attorneys, and doctors. My clients are highly intelligent but are struggling in certain phases of their life. I earned my Advanced Coaching Credential through ADD Coach Academy and a Professional Credential through Professional Association of ADHD Coaches (PAAC).

I am a father to 3 daughters (2 have ADHD). I love music, outdoor exercise, reading, and gardening. I love to laugh during coaching sessions and make this a positive experience for all my clients.

From that point, my career took off: I rose to Senior Vice-President at one of the world’s largest education companies and then served as chief executive at two subsidiaries. On the side, I coached and tutored high school students. I also started a family and am very happily married with three wonderful teenage kids.

In 2020, I founded and built a very successful ADHD practice in California in conjunction with a psychiatrist, one of the leaders in the field. Running this practice immersed me in ADHD and the Executive Function challenges that our clients faced.

I teach my clients to play to their strengths and build structure and compensating mechanisms to overcome their executive function challenges. I love passing on my learning and seeing my clients make rapid progress.
